For the comfort of others: smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the inn, but is permitted on the porch and the grounds.
Small Pets may be accommodated. Please check with the innkeeper for available options when making reservations.
Well Behaved Children over the age of 12 are always welcome.
Guest Parking is available in designated spaces provided on the north side of the inn.
Check-in is between 4:00 and 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other arrangements may be made in advance with the innkeeper.

Refunds: are cheerfully given to guests who provide cancellation notice 72 hours prior to reserved date.Cancellation requirements may be subject to seasonal modifications. Guests will be notified of any modification upon making reservations
Specialty Services: Additional services may be requested when making reservations. For example, you may desire to order your favorite fresh flowers delivered to your room prior to your arrival. Beautiful Victorian souvenier baskets celebrating your anniversary, birthday, or wedding may be requested. We will gladly make reservations for one of Rockford's fine dining restaurants. Pamper yourself with a relaxing manicure, pedicure, or a theraputic massage. Arrangements for any of these specialty services should be requested when your reservations are made. Ask about our alternative menu service if you are attending an early morning event.
